Superb refurbished vintage 1950s glass simulated pearl and emerald green rhinestone choker necklace. This gorgeous vintage necklace is made from three strands of lustrous creamy glass simulated pearls secured by a stunning push in box clasp of oval faceted emerald green and clear round and marquise rhinestones set in silver tone metal.
The shortest strand of the necklace measures approximately 16½ inches (42cms) in length, including the box clasp. The clasp is nice and secure.
This piece is in very good condition, with no dulling or yellowing to the rhinestones. There may, however, be a few very minor nicks to the original vintage pearls, but these are not noticeable when worn. The necklace was originally missing the central strand of pearls, which has now been replaced with high quality glass 8mm Preciosa pearls. The necklace has also been restrung, as the original stringing material had stretched.
This gorgeous refurbished piece would make a fabulous accessory to your specially chosen Great Gatsby or Art Deco style bridal gown or evening outfit.
