Gorgeous vintage 1980s Art Deco Great Gatsby style pearl necklace made from three strands of graduated luscious pale cream/ivory glass simulated pearls. The pearls are secured by a beautiful ornate push in box clasp which is encrusted with round and baguette faceted clear rhinestones which surround a larger octagonal faceted emerald rhinestone. The stones are claw set in silver tone metal and the clasp doubles as a focal pendant.
The shortest strand of pearls measures approximately 21 inches (53.5cms), including the clasp, which measures approximately 1.5” x 1” (3.5cms x 2.5cms.) The necklace is designed for the clasp to be worn to the side. PLEASE NOTE: This necklace comes with a choice of central stone colours. Please see Photo No.5 and choose from the drop down menu when ordering.
These pearls are in fabulous condition, with only a few miniscule nicks to the nacre of one or two pearls, which is not noticeable when worn. This superior vintage piece is tasteful in the extreme and would make a beautiful accessory to your special bridal ensemble. It would be equally ideal for the mother of the bride or groom.
